Benedette Yakowa is an operations and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience driving business process improvement, project management, business analysis, and change management. She currently serves as Head of Digital Transformation at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives to streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and embed a data-driven culture. In this role, she develops and executes digital strategies that align technology with organizational priorities to deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth. At NSIA, she has led process reengineering, enterprise systems optimization, and automation programs while fostering agile ways of working and a culture of innovation. Before returning to Nigeria, Benedette built an international career in Canada, leading business transformation initiatives across technology and operations. Her work focused on aligning enterprise systems with strategy, optimizing operations, and ensuring technology investments delivered measurable value.
