Chima Ernest Okoli

Chima Ernest Okoli is a dedicated advocate for youth development and good governance, notable for his innovative application of music and circular economy principles to combat climate change, which earned him a 2025 fellowship and award from the African Climate Stories Festival. Beyond this, his commitment to continental youth empowerment led him to serve as the flag bearer for Nigeria's inaugural delegation to the Youth Connekt Africa Summit. As the founder of Buddy Growth Solutions, he demonstrates ingenuity by transforming plastic waste into footwear, addressing both sports development and waste management. His policy acumen is utilized in the Federal Ministry of Youth Development's Gender Technical Working Committee and as a LAFAC fellow, where he champions inclusive governance at the local government level, all while pursuing a Master's in International Affairs and Diplomacy.
