Shereefdeen Ahmad Sawe

Shereefdeen Ahmad is a journalist based in keen interest in sports, pro-freedom, education, fact-checking and investigations. He was among top three candidates selected across Nigeria to participate in the Africa Is Not A Country Students Exchange Program to Denmark. Shereefdeen is the current president of the National Association of Campus Journalists, UDUS chapter. Previously, he was Editor-in-Chief of The News Digest Press and a fellow at the Promoting Democratic Governance Reporting project, the Countering Misinformation and Promoting Media Literacy project and the Frontline Investigative Journalism Fellowship. His works have been published on both national and international platforms, ,including The Nation, Daily Trust, International Centre For Investigative Reporting(ICIR), Africa Minority, International Policy Digest, The Cable, HumAngle, Tribune, Ripples Nigeria among others.
